FIRM HISTORY

Malpass Design Group, LLC (MDG) was founded in July 2003 to provide service oriented civil engineering to the Las Vegas Valley commercial and residential land development industry. The company’s sole proprietor, David H. Malpass, P.E. has been providing civil engineering services in this industry for 35years, 20 of which are in the Las Vegas Valley. MDG’s office is located in Clark County at Rainbow near the I-215 Beltway. Our staff of 10 provides professional services to our clients.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Malpass Design Group is a full service engineering company offering the following services:  Due Diligence Studies & Reports, Boundary & Topographic Survey, ALTA Surveys, Commercial Civil Engineering, Residential Civil Engineering, Municipal Project Civil Engineering, Drainage Studies, Traffic Studies, Water Network Modeling & Analysis, Utilities Design, Retaining Walls, Off-Site Improvements Design, Construction Services, Condominium Mapping, Commercial Subdivision Mapping, Records of Survey, Subdivision Tentative & Final Mapping.

Commercial and residential land development civil engineering is the primary service provided by MDG. These engineering services are tailored to maximize client satisfaction by (1) using up-to-date computer systems and software, (2) being sensitive to schedules and budgets, and (3) providing immediate response to client’s requests.

Mr. Malpass has been providing such services for the rapidly growing Las Vegas area for 20 years, four of which are with MDG. Mr. Malpass and staff have excellent working relationships with commercial and residential developers and various architects on projects in the Valley.

One of the keys to successfully serving the commercial and residential land development industry is developing long term working relationships. MDG actively pursues such relationships and has done so successfully. MDG has a ten year working relationship with American Nevada Company, a testament to that client’s satisfaction.
